Abstract

This article develops theoretical bases to set a model for structuring the system for dosing urban

infrastructure, based on the topological thinking bases, complex systems, artificial intelligence,

for its design was considered the Unified Software Development Process , also, it is contemplated

that identify and decide by analyzing several variables of the environment (territory, statistics,

latent needs, public inquiry, among others), the equipment localization from an Expert System,

using as a tool of representation Unified Modeling Language (UML).
