Abstract

The architectural and urban planning solutions that where envisioned at that moment reveals a combination of international modern urban and architecture theory, local circumstances and specific contributions from certain architects. A novel approach to achieve this is the revisión of architect’s dissertations from the period. Abraham Zabludovsky 1949 thesis is such a case, since it exemplify much of these concerns.
